How do I book a flat?
If the flat you want is available during the period requested, we will send you an e-mail stating the conditions and details of the rental: the flat you have booked, the period and rate of your stay, and how to pay the deposit and rent.
Are there any commissions to be added?
There are no additional fees to pay. The only item to be added to the indicated rate is the tourist tax of the municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo.
Are sheets and towels provided or do we have to bring them from home?
The flat is delivered clean, with prepared beds and clean linen. A set of towels is provided for each person: shower towel, guest towel, pool towel.
Do we have a chance to cook?
The flat is at your complete and exclusive disposal. The kitchen is usually equipped with a gas or induction cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, espresso coffee moke
What does the tariff include?
The rate includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, initial cleaning, bed linen and towels, internet connection (Wi-FI/lan).
Is there free internet access?
Each unit is equipped with an internet line with a wifi modem router.
Is there a free washing machine?
No.
Is smoking forbidden?
Out of respect for your guests, smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
Is there free TV?
Each flat is equipped with free digital TV.
Can I bring my dog/cat?
It is possible to accommodate small animals.
From what time can I check in?
The flat will be available from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. to allow for cleaning and preparation after the departure of the previous guest. Should an earlier arrival be necessary, where possible, you can deposit your luggage at the booked flat. Check-in is done by booking your arrival time.
What time can I check out?
The flat must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The keys to the flat must be left on the living room table.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept all credit cards of the major circuits available.
Is anyone available for any problems with the flat?
Yes, our staff is available to make your stay more pleasant by solving any problems that may occur in the accommodation or to answer enquiries. Full assistance and prompt intervention is guaranteed, subject to the working hours of the technicians required in the case in question. What happens if damage is caused to the accommodation during my stay?
In this case, you must inform our staff of the damage caused. The amount needed to repair the damage will be charged to the guest. In the event that damage is found in the flat after departure, we undertake to notify you within three days of check-out and the amount will be deducted from the credit card provided.
